Design Rationale
For this project, I created a Christmas rebrand for Panda Express. I designed a gift card, a cup, and in-store signage to be displayed inside the restaurant. I went for a simple, yet colorful design—something that would appeal to the Gen Z and Millennial age range, while also capturing the nostalgic feeling of Christmas as a kid through the use of multicolored lights and snowflakes. The goal was to blend playful holiday cheer with a clean, modern aesthetic that feels festive without overwhelming the brand. This approach helps Panda Express stay relevant to younger audiences while still evoking warm, familiar holiday sentiments.
